Check the transcription rate tables below to calculate approximate cost of your transcription and translation projects.

*Difficult Audio – includes background noise, low-speaking voices that cannot be heard, poorly recorded audio, frequent timestamps or timecoding, thick accents, and scientific or technical terminology which requires research.

*Timecoding – we provide a timecode every 5-7 minutes for FREE. A timecode approximately every 1 minute is provided for $0.50.If your project requires more time tracking, you can specify how often you would like the timecodes to appear.

*Verbatim – includes uhs, ums, false starts, and stutters. For video transcriptions, we also include a brief description of the subjects gestures and descriptions of actions and setting.
